Staci has spent her career partnering with operations leaders to drive improvements. Her previous roles include Business Analytics Director and Lean leader at Indiana University Health, Industrial Engineering leader at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, and Industrial Engineer at the Walt Disney Resort. Her notable accomplishments include launching an innovative team at Indiana University Health which provided business intelligence reporting, predictive analytics, simulation, workforce management and scheduling support. At the Walt Disney World Resort, she implemented a highly effective attraction efficiency program, developed space requirements for the largest Downtown Disney expansion to date, and prepared for the launch of FastPass+ by increasing FastPass availability by 20,000 tickets per day.
Staci has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University. She is also Gold certified in Lean.
Randall C. Yust
Manager & Co-Owner
Finance and operations executive leadership have been the focus of much of Randy’s career. Among his more notable accomplishments were securing financing for and opening a hospital and two ambulatory surgery centers in northwest Indiana, opening a second hospital for a large healthcare system in central Indiana, leading the market capture planning and development for a four-hospital region. Of particular interest has been his work in leading the implementation of Lean process improvement at a three-hospital region in addition to the introduction of industrial engineering methodology to match resource with demand, assess capacity and workflow within facilities and using data to predict future resource needs.
Randy has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business Administration from Anderson University and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Ball State University. He currently resides in Fishers Indiana where he enjoys cycling, running and cross-country skiing as well as volunteering with several not-for-profit organizations.

Gerald has over 25 years of leadership experience in the delivery of successful large-scale Lean transformations across a broad range of industries and companies. His industry segment experience includes machining, electronics, automotive interior trim, vehicle assembly, anti-lock braking systems, exhaust and ride control systems, and health care. Notable accomplishments while at Tenneco Automotive a $1.5 billion manufacturer of exhaust and ride control systems, where he implemented Lean manufacturing and Lean enterprise improvement principles throughout the manufacturing organization. He also led efforts that reduced outbound and inbound freight cost by 45% in two years with a documented savings of $50 million dollars and reduced overall inventory companywide by 30%.
Productivity for muffler production in the Toyota value stream improved by 30% while quality improved and overall scrap reduced by 15%. Gerald also served as Executive Director for Simpler North America responsible for sales for the eastern half of the United States. During his time at Simpler, Gerald was instrumental in client launches for most of Simpler’s largest clients. Gerald has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wayne State University and an MBA from Mary Grove College. He also has numerous certifications and has served as a lean certification sensei and instructor.
Strategy and Analytics Consultant
Kaytee’s career has been focused on applying Industrial Engineering principals in a variety of industries specializing on process improvement and analytics & insights. She began her career as an engineering consultant for the food service industry supporting clients through prototype and remodel designs, identifying efficiencies to drive sales and reduce costs and developing activity-based labor management systems. She most recently worked at The Walt Disney Company where her most notable contributions include coordinating key functions to support the opening of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, which was the largest single themed land expansion in Disney Parks history, influencing key design requirements for the remodel of Epcot’s MouseGear, Disney’s second largest merchandise shop, and developing food & beverage capacity/demand modeling methodology used to assess needs and justify capacity gains initiatives across parks and resorts.
Kaytee has a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science both in Industrial Engineering from the University of Miami where she was also a member of the Athletic Department’s Cheerleading program. She currently resides in Orlando, Florida with her husband, three children and the family’s chocolate lab.

Patti’s experience includes clinical laboratory administration as well as financial operations, focusing in both areas on productivity and efficiency for optimal operations. Her experience includes non-profit health care organizations and for profit medical device manufacturing. Working with hospital facility leadership and utilizing industry benchmarks, she helped develop a plan to reduce 90 FTEs from the operating budget, and new targets were achieved. While supporting the Diabetes Business unit at Roche Diagnostics, she provided technical support to the United States and Europe. She is a frequent speaker at industry conferences, including IBM Watson and Children’s Hospital Association.
Patti has a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology and a Masters in Public Administration from Indiana University and is a life-long Hoosier.

Mark has 30 years of healthcare industry experience which allows him to bring strategy, business development, health system integration, and hospital operations solutions to clients of all sizes with a collaborative, servant-leadership mindset. Mark recently led the integration of Indiana’s state psychiatric hospital network which included the establishment of the system integration council, implementation of a new electronic health record, and the construction, transition, and opening of the NeuroDiagnostic Institute. He spent over a decade in the strategy division of Ascension St. Vincent Health where he led service line integration efforts, strategic planning at the health system and hospital levels, and developed a number of growth initiatives. Part of his career also focused on the development and management of managed care networks for both Anthem and IU Health.
Mark earned an MBA in Leadership from Butler University and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health Administration from Indiana University.
